Conditions to Become an Arbitrator
- Minimum 10 years resolving investment and commercial disputes by arbitration.
- Drafted at least 5 arbitral awards in English.
- On the panel of a reputable, internationally recognised arbitral institution.

Step-by-Step Application Procedure
Step 1: Prepare the Application Dossier
Applicants must compile a comprehensive registration file including a detailed CV, copies of relevant qualifications, proof of arbitration experience, and a statement of independence and impartiality.
Step 2: Submit to the Arbitration Center
Submit the completed dossier directly to the Secretariat of VIFCA via the online portal or by registered mail to the Centre's official address.
Step 3: Evaluation and Review
The Center's Board of Directors or Evaluation Committee will review the application, verify qualifications, and assess the candidate's suitability for appointment to the panel.
Step 4: Decision and Listing
If the application is approved, the Center will issue an official decision appointing the candidate to the panel and listing them in the published roster of arbitrators.
